3. Angebot und Vertragsschluss Die Darstellung der Produkte im Online-Shop stellt kein rechtlich bindendes Angebot dar, sondern einen unverbindlichen Online-Katalog. Durch Anklicken des Bestellbuttons geben Sie ein verbindliches Angebot ab. Die Bestellbestätigung erfolgt per E-Mail.

4. Preise und Versandkosten Alle Preise sind in € angegeben und enthalten die gesetzliche Mehrwertsteuer. Versandkosten werden zusätzlich berechnet und im Bestellprozess ausgewiesen.

5. Lieferung Die Lieferung erfolgt weltweit direkt vom Produzenten (Dropshipping). Lieferzeiten: 3-7 Werktage. Versandkosten: 3,95 € bis 9,95 € je nach Lieferland.

6. Zahlung Zahlungsmethoden: PayPal, Kreditkarte, Sofortüberweisung, Klarna.

7. Eigentumsvorbehalt Die Ware bleibt bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung unser Eigentum.

8. Widerrufsrecht Verbrauchern steht ein 14-tägiges Widerrufsrecht zu (siehe Widerrufsbelehrung).

9. Gewährleistung und Haftung Es gelten die gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsrechte. Jegliche Haftung für Schäden, die aus der Nutzung der angebotenen Produkte resultieren, ist ausgeschlossen.

10. Gerichtsstand Gerichtsstand für alle Streitigkeiten aus dem Vertragsverhältnis ist Deutschland.

11. Anwendbares Recht Es gilt deutsches Recht unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts.

5. Delivery Delivery is worldwide, directly from the producer (dropshipping). Delivery time: 3-7 business days. Shipping costs: €3.95 to €9.95 depending on the destination country.

7. Retention of title The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Right of withdrawal Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal (see withdrawal policy).

9. Warranty and Liability The statutory warranty rights apply. Any liability for damages resulting from the use of the offered products is excluded.

10. Place of Jurisdiction The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is Germany.

11. Applicable law German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
