FAQ – Because You’re an Adult With Questions (and Probably Existential Ones Too)

1. Where are you based?
We’re a proudly European operation, designed in Berlin with existential dread and vintage club flyers in our hearts. Our products are printed in Bavaria (yes, lederhosen country), using eco-friendly inks and plastic-free packaging. The textiles come from Turkey—sourced via reputable brands like Stanley/Stella and Vacancy. While these suppliers promote sustainable practices, we’re still pushing for full transparency and certifications across the entire supply chain. Because we care—but also know that ethical fashion is a work in progress.

2. Do you ship worldwide?
Almost absolutely. Whether you're in New York, Neukölln, or New Zealand, your ironic uniform can probably find its way to you.

3. How long will shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location:
Germany – approx. 3–5 working days
Europe – 5–7 working days
Everywhere else – 7–14 working days
(But honestly, we’re not Amazon. Good things take time.)

4. What’s your return policy?
If you're not happy with a product or want to exchange it, just email our customer service. We'll send you all the info you need, including a return form, to make the process as easy as possible.

5. What size should I order?
You’ll find a size chart on every product page. We recommend using a tape measure to check your size (don’t worry, it’s easier than your last identity crisis). If you're between sizes, go with the bigger one for that effortless slouchy vibe.

6. What are your clothes made of?
Soft, breathable cotton sourced via reputable brands like Stanley/Stella and Vacancy, printed in Bavaria using eco-friendly inks. The result? A piece you can cry in and go out in.

7. Do you offer custom designs?
Not yet—but if you’ve got a killer idea that screams ‘burnt-out adult with taste, irony, and unresolved identity questions,’ drop us a line. We love good concepts—especially the ones that make us laugh, wince, or both.

8. Can I machine wash my clothes?
Yes! Turn them inside out and wash cold (30 °C max) on a gentle cycle with mild detergent with similar colors. No bleach, no tumble drying, and no ironing directly on the print. Be kind to your clothes—they’ve been through enough.

9. When will my return be processed?
We handle returns in the order we receive them—first come, first served. We try to reply as quickly as possible (fueled by coffee and semi-functioning optimism).

10. What if there’s a production error?
If your product arrives with a production mistake—something's off or not how it should be—just email our customer service. We’ll fix it quickly and without drama.
